If you have forgotten your login password or
username, you
can request a copy of your account information
through our "Retrieve account info" page. The
"Retrieve account info" link is located at the bottom
left corner of the "Mall" interface under "Help"
or you can
click here.
Enter the same email address that you used
when you created your account into the "E-Mail"
field and press the "Submit" button. Once
submitted, a copy of your account information
including both your username and password
will be automatically emailed to you.
