The "Order history" feature allows you to search
and retrieve past order information. To access
the "Order history" search interface, you must
first be logged into your account. Once logged
in, click on the "Order history" link located at
the top right of the interface.
The "Search orders" interface allows you to
specify certain criteria for the past order or
orders that you are searching for.
Listing orders by criteria:
Order ID
If you know the order ID for the particular
order that you wish to view, enter it into the
"Order ID" field and press the "Search" button.
Order status
The "Order status" dropdown box allows you to
filter your search with the following status
criteria:
- All
- Not finished
- Queued
- Processed
- Backordered
- Declined
- Failed
- Complete
Order date from
Choose a beginning date for your past order or
orders by
using the "Order date from" dropdown boxes.
Order date through
Choose an ending date for your past order or
orders by
using the "Order date from" dropdown boxes.
Search results
Based on the criteria specified on the
"Search orders" interface, your order or orders
are listed in the "Search results".
The "Search results" display allows you to
print all of the orders listed in a printable
format or view the
details of a particular order. When viewing the
details of a particular order, you can display
the details of that particular order in a
printable format by clicking the "Print invoice"
button.
You can also view the status of the order and
the shipping tracking number at the bottom of
the "order detail" view.
Note: a shipping tracking number is
displayed only if the crafter provided one when
the order shipped.
