If you need to ask a crafter a question about a
particular product, you may do so by clicking on
the "Ask crafter a question" link. The link is
located on every product page for every crafter.
When clicking on the "Ask crafter a question"
link for a particular product, the ask question
interface is displayed.
Enter your name in the "Name" field, enter
your email address in the "Email address" field
and your question in the text box. Once
finished, press the "Ask Question" button to
submit your question.

Be sure that you enter a valid email
address in the "Email address" field or
the crafter will not be able to respond
to your question. |
