The "Search products" page consists of 3 fields. Each field is described as follows:

Product #
If you know the product number that you wish to view, modify, clone or delete, enter the number within this field and press the "Search" button. The resulting product is then displayed and you can perform your desired action.

Product title
If you are unsure of the exact product number, you can enter the title of the product within this field and press the search button. The resulting product or products that contain your entered title are displayed and you can now perform your desired action.

In category
If you wish to display all of your products that are assigned to a specific category, select the category via the dropdown box and press the "Search" button. All of your products that are assigned to the category that you chose is displayed and you can now select your product for your desired action.

Additionally, you can choose "All" in the "In category" dropdown box to display all of your products within the CraftMall.com system.

Once your product or products have been displayed, a series of options are presented that include "Details", "Modify", "Clone", "Delete", "Update" and "Generate HTML-links".

You also have the option to quickly edit the quantity and price of a product via the "Quantity" and "Price" fields.

However, if you have multiple products within your search results list, you must select the product that you wish to perform an action on prior to selecting the action that you wish to perform by ticking the circle checkbox next to the product that you wish to perform the action on.

Descriptions for each function is as follows:

Details
The "Details" button provides a convenient means of reviewing the details of your product. This view also provides a print friendly display, Modify, Clone and Delete functions.

Modify
If you wish to modify your product, you can do so by pressing this button. Once the "Modify" button is pressed, you are taken to the "Modify product" page.

Clone
If you need to add a product that is similar to an existing product, an easy way to save time is to clone the existing product and edit the newly cloned product to suit your needs. First, select the product that you wish to clone (necessary if multiple products are displayed within your search results), by ticking the circle checkbox next to the product and press the "Clone" button. You now have an exact replica or clone of the original product and you can edit the cloned product to suit your needs.

Delete
If you wish to delete a product, you may do so by first selecting the product that you wish to delete (necessary if multiple products are displayed within your search results), by ticking the circle checkbox next to the product and press the delete button. You will be asked if you are sure that you wish to delete the product, if clicked "ok", the product will be deleted.

Update
If you wish to change the quantity or price of a product via the fields presented from the search results list, you may do so by entering your changes and pressing the "Update" button.

Generate HTML-links
The generate HTML-links button generates static HTML that can be copied and pasted into external web sites for adding E-commerce functionality to your products on another web site.
