The "Search orders" interface allows you to list all
your orders, filter orders by a certain criteria
or export your orders.
Note: The functionality described
herein is not applicable when using the
PayPal Processing option for your
products.
The "Search orders" interface is accessed by
either clicking on the links provided on the
left side under "My Orders" or by clicking on
the icons provided on the main page of your
personal administration area.
When displaying a list of your orders, you
can view its details, add your notes, print the
order details or invoice and set order status.
Listing orders by criteria:
Order ID
If you know the order ID for the particular
order that you wish to view, enter it into the
"Order ID" field and press the "Search" button.
Customer
If you wish to view orders by a particular
customer, enter the customer's name into the
"Customer" field, select the order's status from
the "Order status" dropdown box and press the
"Search" button.
Order status
The "Order status" dropdown box allows you to
filter your search with the following status
criteria:
- All
- Not finished
- Queued
- Processed
- Backordered
- Declined
- Failed
- Complete
For example, if you wish to view all orders
by all customers, leave the "Order ID" and
"Customer" fields blank, select "All" from the
"Order status" dropdown box and press the
"Search" button.
Exporting your orders:
CSV delimiter
This dropdown box is used when you wish to
export your orders and controls how your data is
delimited. Delimiting options include the
following:
Order date from
Choose a beginning date for your order export by
using the "Order date from" dropdown boxes.
Order date through
Choose an ending date for your order export by
using the "Order date from" dropdown boxes.
If you wish to export your orders in
QuickBooks format, tick the checkbox next to "QB
format".
Once you have entered your search criteria
and export parameters, press the "Export" button
to export your orders.
